IVTo recognize an idea is a form of art. Seing and applying its strengths, weaknesses and most importantly, its profound sense of humorIV

IIIWhen everything is founded on idea, and nothing is understood, three choices appear:III
1. You ignore the problem. There is no problem, there is only survival
2. You choose an existing belief, or several. You descend as deep as you can while organizing and reorganizing the world around you to fit those beliefs
3. You drop out. You recognize that nothing is anything. Reality is a subjective, limited to each individual nervous system. Carefully you start over again, socializing yourself in the way you see fit. Recognizing ideas for what they truly are, having the most enjoyable time doing so

IIUnderstanding ideas is a much more effortful process. It is not merely to wrap your mind around a concept, it is to penetrate it. It is contact sports, heart and soul. Complete comprehension is almost unattainable, even for the people involved with original design. It seems to be limited to the semantics of our linguistic abillities. But do we try? No matter how interesting, no matter how mind boggeling fantastic, it appears to be too much. We reflect on them, make them fit our reality tunnel, and then operate as mirrors to others. It works. But as Korzybski once noted: "The map is not the territory"II

II am consistently inconsistent. I rarely think through what I go on about, or the way I do it.I
When regarding every idea with an interest but lacking general belief in anything, I often
end up contradicting myself or being misunderstood as such. Mostly the latter, as I am whatever I seem to be
